48-hour cancellation/reschedule fee
Please be aware that there is a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. All appointments require a card on file in case of a no-show appointment. Cancellations or no-shows made within 48 hours of appointment will result in a $50 fee.
In order to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call our office at (985) 789-5226. If you need assistance during closed hours, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
